Title: Value of combined detection of urine trace albumin, serum cystatin C and beta 2 microglobulin C in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy
Abstract: Objective:To study the urine trace albumin(mALB),serum cystatin C(CysC)and beta 2-microglobulin(beta 2-MG)joint detection value in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Method:According to the urine trace albumin excretion rate,115 cases of patients with type 2DM diabetes were divided into without kidney disease clinical group, the early diabetic nephropathy group and diabetes nephropathy group, and 45 cases of medical health persons were healthy controls. The results of urinary mALB,serum CysC and beta 2-MG level between groups were compared.Result:The urinary mALB,serum CysC and beta 2-MG of the diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group, which differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Urinary mALB,serum CysC and beta 2-MG of the early diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group and diabetes without kidney disease group, which differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Urinary mALB,serum CysC and beta 2-MG of clinical diabetes nephropathy group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group, diabetic nephropathy group and early diabetic nephropathy group, which differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of three indicators was obviously higher than that of single detection.CysC and beta 2-MG were positively correlated with mALB.Conclusion:Urinary mALB,serum CysC and beta 2-MG could be as sensitive indicators of early renal damage of diabetes, and combined detection might have important clinical value for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
