Methods A total of 61 cases of acute myocardial infarction patien...Objective To explore the application of H-FABP and creatine kinase MB( CK-MB) in the diagnosis and prognosis of myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 61 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were as research subjects,30 cases of healthy persons as a control group,and the serum levels of cardiac markers in the two groups were detected to analyze the clinical value of H-FABP and CK-MB in the early diagnosis and prognosis of myocardial infarction. Results The serum levels of cardiac markers in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). The elevated time,peak time and recovery time of the serum concentrations of H-FABP and CK-MB were significantly shorter than those of cTnI and MYO( P 0. 05),however,HFABP and CK-MB was significantly higher than cTnI and MYO in the sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value( P 0. 05). The 1-year follow-up showed that in the patients whose H-FABP 35μg/L,the cardiovascular event rate was 25. 9 %( 7 /27),and in the patients whose H-FABP 35μg / L,the cardiovascular event rate was 8. 8%( 3 /34),and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusions H-FABP and CK-MB has a high sensitivity and specificity in the early diagnosis and prognosis of myocardial infarction,and the patients with higher H-FABP have poor prognosis.Read More
