Hotel Medan and for other researches to know and get more knowledge about this
field.
The management style that applied in a company is considered as
important factor since it could determine the outcome of each employee’s
performance. Whether the outcome of employee performance is good or not, it
comes from how the manager of a company manages its employees.
This research is using a quantitative method as the research design and
IBM SPSS Statistics 25 applications. Data analysis methods used in this research
include descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test,
coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis, and T-test.
The result of the research based on T-test, it can be known that T-test
(10.931) > T-table (1.989) which proves there is an influence between
Management Style on Employee Performance at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan.
The result of research based on the coefficient of determination test shows that
there is a positive relationship between Management Style and Employee
Performance at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan.
In conclusion, it has been proven that Management Style has an influence
on Employee Performance at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan. The most important
thing to maintain the Employee Performance at Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan is
the manager needs to pay attention, treat and manage its employee well by
providing training, rewards, and equitable to improve their employee’s
performance/ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan apakah ada pengaruh antara
Gaya Manajemen dan Kinerja Karyawan di Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan dan bagi penelitian
lain untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan pengetahuan yang lebih banyak tentang bidang ini.
Gaya manajemen yang diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan dianggap sebagai faktor
penting karena dapat menentukan hasil dari kinerja setiap karyawan. Untuk menentukan hasil
kinerja karyawan itu baik atau tidak, itu berasal dari bagaimana manajer perusahaan mengelola
karyawannya
. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai desain penelitian dan aplikasi
IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi
statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, koefisien determinasi, analisis
regresi linier, dan uji-T.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji-T, dapat diketahui bahwa hasil T (10.931) > T-tabel
(1.989) yang membuktikan ada pengaruh antara Gaya Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di
Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi
menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara Gaya Manajemen dan Kinerja Karyawan di
Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan.
Kesimpulannya, telah terbukti bahwa Gaya Manajemen memiliki pengaruh terhadap
Kinerja Karyawan di Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan. Hal terpenting untuk menjaga Kinerja
Karyawan di Karibia Boutique Hotel Medan adalah manajer perlu memperhatikan,
memperlakukan, dan mengelola karyawannya dengan baik dengan memberikan pelatihan,
penghargaan, dan kesetaraan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan mereka.Read More
