Title: Analysis of results of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of 390 cases of cervical lymph node enlargement
Abstract: Objective To summarize the clinical significance of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node enlargement. Methods The features of the normal, benign and malignant lymph nodes were studied by high frequency ultrasound imaging. Results There were differences in morphology and structure between the swollen lymph nodes and normal lymph nodes. The quotas of the L/S ratio in lymph nodes with different properties were significantly different(P<0.05).Interios echo of reactive hyperplastic lymphadenitis and tuberculous enlargement of neck lymph nodes displayed wide and brighter medulla and narrow cortices, but the malignant enlargement of lymph nodes were on the contrary.CDFI Showed the blood flow of the most benign enlargement of lymph nodes were more abundant and regular, and the blood flow of most malignant lymph nodes were disorder and irregular. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound examination was valuable for diagosis of neck lymph nodes, especially in indentifying benign or malignant lymph nodes enlargement.
