Title: High Frequency Sonography in Diflorentiaing Benign for Malignant Cervical Lymph Nldes
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency sonography ultrasound featrures in differentiating malignant from benign cervical lymph nodes.Methods 100 cervical lymph nodes in 53 patients were observed and compared with pathological findings of the vadcular patterns detected on high frequency sonography.Results The 100 lymph nodes were operated with biopsies,of which 65 were malignant nodes,30 benign and 5 boundary nodes.72.3%(47/65) malignant nodes showed perpheral or mixed irreqular vascular type,without central hilar vessel distribution.Conclusion High frequency sonography is valuable in differentiating malignant from benign neek lymph nodes .
