Abstract:Objective To analyze the characterization of drug-resistance associated genes of Mycobacteria tuberculosis and evaluate its clinical significance.Method DNA sequencing were performed on the gene fragm...Objective To analyze the characterization of drug-resistance associated genes of Mycobacteria tuberculosis and evaluate its clinical significance.Method DNA sequencing were performed on the gene fragment of katG,rpoB and gyrA of Mycobacteria tuberculosis.Results 86.81%(79/91)INH-resistant clinical strains had point mutation and/or single-base insertion in katG.There are 26 types of mutation,which refer to 11 amino acids, the most common type was R463L.90.38%(94/104)RFP-resistant strains had gene mutations in rpoB,the most common mutations located in 507.533 codons.70.49%(86/122)OFLX-resistant strains had mutations in gyrA,the most common types were A90V,D94Y,D94N,D94H and S91P.Conclusions Mutations of drug-resistant associated genes is valuable to analyze the drag-resistant of Mycobacteria tuberculosis rapidly.
