Title: Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Evaluating Teacher Ethics of University in China
Abstract: Teacher ethics are defined as moral standard and code of conducts that teachers must comply with, which include suitable moral concept, sentiment and quality. In this article, the author selects four variable indexes that are firm political, spirit of love and respect jobs, imparting knowledge and educating people and being a model of virtue for others. According to the index system of teacher ethics, we establish the corresponding fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, this article puts the model into evaluation of teacher ethics of a medical university, and offers some measures to solve corresponding questions. It provides the scientific basis for promoting education of teacher ethics in college or university in China.
