Title: Quality Evaluation Scheme Research on Public Art Education in Colleges and Universities
Abstract: It is quite necessary to compose the index system by selecting the most representative contents of public art teaching standards and quality based on the classification,filtration and integration of the contents of public art education.And the composing of the index system should be made through making analyses from the education's various aspects,such as theory,practice and skills,taking the all-round development of students' artistic quality as guidance,and following the principles of art education embodying multidimensionality,hierarchy,dynamic and visibility.The index system,the weight of which is determined in accordance with its role in the quality of education,is divided into five high-to-low grades and a corresponding score is given to each grade.The evaluation system includes two major aspects of evaluating teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.And the main indicators of teacher evaluation are teaching reform,curriculum and teaching,research and exhibition,and teaching performance,while the evaluation of the students has four aspects of artistic accomplishment,artistic practical ability,artistic activities,and elective courses and participation in the arts community.On the premise of the law of art education,the evaluation should be attended by students,fellow teachers,teaching supervisors and other levels of evaluation,in order to ensure its validity and reliability.
