Title: The Reform Policies of the Evaluation Methods for the Scientific Research of the University Teachers
Abstract: In recent years, some colleges and universities adopted a teachers' scientific research evaluation method, which kernel is research performance and workload. In reality, the simple and easy to execute method is objective and impartial, but it's defects that single format, quantified procedure, administrative intervention keep the teachers from pursuit of importance scientific and technological achievements. To solve the problem, the author thinking in the innovation, we should achieve the following points: building multidimensional evaluation system of research, carrying out classifying evaluation; making clear of the focus in different research stages, carrying out grading evaluation, reducing administrative intervention, constructing relatively relax research environment; carrying out polynary evaluation with characteristics of college research.
