Title: ORTHOGONAL TEST FOR OPTIMIZATION OF FLAVONOIDS EXTRACTING PROCEDURE FROM RAMULUS TAMARIX
Abstract: Objective: To select the optimum extracting procedure for flavonoids form Ramulus Tamarix. Methods: The yield of flavonoids was took as the index, and single-factor experiments were adopted to study the effects of extraction temperature, ultrasonic time. volume fraction of ethanol, solid to liquid ratio and extraction times on the yield of flavonoids. And orthogonal design was used to Multiple indicators analysis the extraction technology. Result: Factors affecting the yield of flavonoids ranked as extraction temperature volume fraction of ethanol solid to liquid ratio ultrasonic time. Form the orthogonal the optimal processing conditions were extraction temperature,70℃,volume fraction of ethanol,60%; solid to liquid ratio,1: 30( m / v,g: ml); ultrasonic time 40 min; extracting for 3 times. Conclusion: The optimal conditions was higher than any of the treatment of orthogonal test. The optimum extracting Procedure increased the content and extraction efficiency of flavonoids from Ramulus Tamarix.
