Title: The optimization of flavonoids extraction technology from ampelsis grossedentata by orthogonal method
Abstract: In order to explore the best extracting condition of total flavonoids,the L9(34) orthogonal design was used to study the effect of extracting temperature,time,extracting times and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of total flavonoids from ampelsis grossedentata by ultrasonic extraction method.Results showed that the effect of extracting temperature,extracting times and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of total flavonoids reached 1% significant level,and extracting time didn't reached significant level.The best craft condition was as follows: ratio of liquid to solid 1∶20,ultrasonic extraction 3 times,extracting time 30min and temperature 90℃.The extraction yield was 15.98%.
