Abstract: Central authority system in the history of China was not static but in the state of dynamic evolution.The evolution of the two thousand years after the Qin dynasty centers around seizing the power of chief minister and strengthening the power of the emperor.The historical direction and nature it showed were that the feudal politics and central authority system were more and more autocratic.In the early period of the Han dynasty,the bureaucratic establishment continued to be used in Qin system.In the period of Wudi of the Han dynasty,it began to change.The establishment of the inner court was accompanied with the weakening of the power of the chief minister and the strengthening of the power of the emperor,thus dividing the power of the country into two main systems,forming the basic structure of feudal autocracy of the Han dynasty.
