Abstract: Taiping Rebellio movement broke out in 1851,which made the Qing Dynasty face an unprecedented crisis of its governance.In the process of suppressing the peasant uprising,Zeng Guofan,as the representative of local governors power rose rapidly and expanded his rights unceasingly led to form a lost control of situation.The Qing Dynasty's power structure had been changed and the central authority had been weakened seriously,while the place authority had been enhanced.It was the main forces which affected the political evolution of the Qing Dynasty.
