Abstract: According to the new curriculum reform for teacher talent and the needs of employment for the graduates from teachers college,theIntegration-Continuity Modelfor teacher education is put forward for the disadvantages of traditional sectional teacher education,and relevant theoretical research and practical exploration are carried out for ten majors about teacher-training in Kunming University.After three years,the teaching system,curriculum system and the new institution of professional training are established.The series of text books are published and the situation of mono-traditional teaching is reformed and the achievements of theoretical research and practice are adopted by the teachers even from the universities outside Yunnan province.
