Methods The content of baicalin was served as indicating index,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimal microwave condition was as follows:the feed-liquid rate was 1∶15;the ethanol concentration was 70%,the extraction time was 5 min and the extraction temperature was 90℃.
