Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi under the condition of ultrasonic and circulation.Compare the optimization and traditional extraction.Metho...Objective:To optimize the extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi under the condition of ultrasonic and circulation.Compare the optimization and traditional extraction.Methods:The extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Geogi was optimized with the aid of mon-factor analysis and orthogonal experiments.Baicalin content of Scutellaria Baicalensis was determined in the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Yield of Baicalin was the investigation index.Results:Effect on Baicalin yied:extraction frequencyultrasound powerextraction temperature.Extraction frequency was the significant influencing factor(P0.01).The optimal parameters were obtained as follows:The extraction frequency was 3,each for 40min;the extraction temperature was 40℃;the ultrasoud power was 100w and the dissolvent was 60%alcohol.Conclusions:Ultrasonic and circulated extraction,which is plurinatality,low cost,simple operation and slight pollution, is an effective extraction process.Read More
