Title: Comparison of immune parameters in the haemolymph of white-leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei at different temperatures
Abstract: Immune parameters were analysed in the haemolymph of white-leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei acclimated at different temperatures(18,22,26 and 30 ℃ at salinity 32) for 1,5,15,and 30 days. The results showed that there was significant influence of temperature on the activities of phenoloxidase, superoxide dismutase and alkaline phosphatase(P0.05).Upon the temperature varied, the enzyme activities mentioned above showed different change tendencies and stabilized after 15 days.Since then, the peak activity of all the enzymes appeared at 22-26 ℃,followed by at 30 ℃ and then at 18 ℃.
