Title: Comparison of Immune and Physiological Parameters in the Haemolymph of Litopenaeus vannamei at Different Salinities
Abstract: Litopenaeus vannamei were acclimated for 1,5, 15 and 30 days at different salinities(4,18 and 32 at 22~26 ℃),and the immune and physiological parameters in the haemolymph of Litopenaeus vannamei at different salinities were analysed and compared. The results showed that the influence of salinity on the activities of phenoloxidase, superoxide dismutase, acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase were very remarkable(P0.05).Upon reduction from salinity 32,the enzyme activities mentioned above showed different change tendencies and became stabilized after 15 days at salinities 4 and 18,and no obvious change was observed at salinity 32.After stabilizing, the peak activity of all the enzymes appeared at salinity 18,and the activity was higher at salinity 4 than 32.
