Title: Clinical evaluation of the varation in urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamini- dase in patients with chronic Renal Failure
Abstract: Objection:To investigate the urinary N acetyl β D glucosaminidase(ANG)leve of patients with Chronic Renal Failure(CRF). Method: Based on PNP NAG using Spectrophotometry we tested the urinary NAG, levels of normal control subject and CRF, at the same time, using rating method the measuremant of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Cr), concentration was performed. Results:Urinary NAG levels in CRF(2.88±17.36U/g.Cr)(n=120) were significantly higher than that in normaL control(11.29±2.07U/gCr)(n=40)(p0.01),and the same to the BUN(16.42±6.17mmol/L 5.15+0.99mmol/L p0.01),and serum Cr(669.76±252.02umol/L 95.03±17.86umol/L in proper order p0.01). There is no significant difference compared with two different groups which was defined according to the variation values of BUN, serum Cr of urinsryCr(p0.05). The relationship didn/t show any obvious relation among increasing of urinaryNAG, levels of BUN and serum Cr.Conclusion:The urinary NAG level in patients with CRF demonstrated a inadverse damage of renal tubular function.
