Title: Clinical significance of serum sCD44v6 for NSCLC patients
Abstract: Objective:To approach diagnosis value of serum sCD44v6 for NSCLC patients. Methods:The serum sCD44v6 level of 50 patients with NSCLC were detected by ELISA.Results:The average serum sCD44v6 level of the lung squamous cell carcinoma group was 307.47±79.0 ng/mL,the value of the lung adenocarcinoma group was 369.53±114.19 ng/ml,both of them were higher than the normal contrast group(95.6±17.5ng/ml),(P0.001).The average serum sCD44v6 level of NSCLC Ⅲ+Ⅳ periods group was 412.6±68.2 ng/ml,higher than the normal contrast group(P0.001).Conclusion:The serum sCD44v6 level has obvious correlation with the metastasis of NSCLC,and could be use of assistance index for judging stages and tissue type. But it has less value for early diagnosis.
