Title: Different dose ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction in 191 patients
Abstract: AIM: To explore the clinical dose-effect relation of different doses ozagrel i n treating acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: Two hundred and eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infraction w ere divided into 3 groups. Based on conventional therapy (piracetam, vitamin E, citicoline, Xueshuantong, etc) treatment I group (M 54,F 42;age (54±s 8 )a) was treated with ozagrel 80 mg iv, gtt, bid, for 10 d and treatment Ⅱ gro up (M 57,F 38;age(54±8)a) was treated with ozagrel 40 mg iv, gtt, bid, for 10 d. Control group (M 55,F 40;age(54±7)a) was with conventional therapy only. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 97 %, 96 % in treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ group a nd 81 % in control group. Curative effect contrast among 3 groups was analyzed by R idit method. The difference between treatment groups (Ⅰ,Ⅱ) and control group was obvious (P0.01), but the difference between treatment I group and treat ment Ⅱ group was not obvious (P0.05). There were no serious adverse reacti ons except for ecchymosis and hematuria in a few patients during ozagrel treatme nt period. CONCLUSION: Small dose ozagrel has sure curative effect in treating acute cer ebral infarction.
