Title: Therapeutic effect of Edaravone injection with Sodium Ozagrel on treatment of 42 cases with acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective:To observe the efficacy of Edaravone injection with Sodium Ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 84 patients (pts) with cerebral infarction were divided randomly into 2 groups: The treatment group (n=42) were treated with Edaravone injection (30 mg a day) and Sodium Ozagrel (80 mg/d ) over 28 days; the control group (n=42 ) treated with Sodium Ozagrel (80 mg/d ) over 28 days. Results: The post-treatment neurological impair score(NIS) of 2 groups decreased significantly compared with that of pre-treatment, and it was more significant in experimental group whenever comparing with that of pre-treatment of itself or with that of control group at 14th and 28th day.(P0.01) .The effective rate in experimental group and control group was 76.2% and 57.1% at 14th day,85.7% and 69% at 28th day, respectively, and the treatment group was higher than the control group statistically at 14th and 28th day(P0.01). The ADL score is better in treatment group than that in the control group at 14th day and 28th day(P0.01). Conclusion: Edaravone was safe and efficient in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
