Title: The efficacy of edaravone sodium combined with ozagrel in patients with acute cerebralinfarction
Abstract: Objective:To observate the efficacy of Ozagrel sodium combined with Edaravone in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:93 cases of acute cerebral infarction(ACI),enrolled within 48h of onset and completed this study,were randomly divided into the treatment group(48cases)and control group(45 cases).The treatment group was allocated Ozagrel sodium 80mg,Bid,for 14 days and Edaravone 30mg,Bid,for 14 d.And control group was only allocated Ozagrel sodium 80mg,Bid,for 14 d.The clinical effect and chnese scale of clinical neurologic deficit evaluation were used in the two groups before treatment and after.Results:The efficacy rate of treatment group were higher than that of control group(95.8%,73.3%,P0.05),compared with control group,neurologic impairment was more improved after treatment(P0.05),and there was no obvious adverse effect in treatment group.Conclusions:Edaravone combined with Ozagrel sodium is a effective and safe therapy for the ACI patients.
