Title: Association study of anxiety,depression and social support in patients with migraine
Abstract: Objective To explore the anxiety,depression and social support in patients with migraine.Methods 86 patients with migraine(observed group)and 86 normal controls(control group) were tested with Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS) and social support assessment scale(SSAS).Results ①The scores of SAS and SDS of the observed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01).②The total score of SSAS,objective support,subjective support and utilization degree of social support scores in the observed group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion There exists obvious anxiety and depression mood among migraine patients.Anxiety and depression mood were significantly correlated with social support.
