Title: Influences of Health Education on Anxiety-depressive Mood of Patients with Neurosis
Abstract: [Objective]To explore the influences of health education on anxiety-depressive mood of neural patients. [Methods]A total of 70 neural patients were randomly divided into study group(n=35) and control group(n=35).Both 2 groups received routine medicine and psychiatric nursing.Study group added combined health education,Observation for 8 weeks.The condition of anxiety-depressive was assessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) before health education and at the end of 8th weeks after education. [Results]After 8 weeks treatment,the total score of SAS and SDS were decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P0.05 or 0.01).The difference between study group and the control group was not significant before health education(P0.05).But after that,the scores of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05 or 0.01). [Conclusion]Health education can increase self-confidence and eliminate bad behavior of neural patients,improve treatment compliance and relieve anxious-depressive mood.
