Title: The Study of the Psychological Care's Effect on Chronic-heart-failure (CHF) Patients with Depressive Symptoms
Abstract: Objective To explore the psychological care's curative effect onchronic heart failure(CHF) patients with depressive symptomslassificationTest.Methods By using Zung self-rating depression scale,198 CHF patients wereinvestigated;136 CHF patients with varying degrees of depressive symptoms were randomly divided into the control group and the psychological care group;The control group was given the conventional care,the psychological care groupwas given the psychological careas well as the conventional care.Results The average psychological depression score of patientsinthe control groupis(54.68±3.6)points.After getting the psychological care,average psychological depression score of patients in the psychological care group is(45.65±2.9)points,compared with the control group,it is significantly lower(P0.05).Conclusion The psychological care can significantly improve symptoms of depression in patients with CHF,and it is worthy of clinical application.
