Title: The Application of Psychological Care Intervention for Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Abstract: Objective To investigate the psychological care intervention for chronic hepatitis B patients with anxiety,depression.Methods 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients(study group) were treated in our hospital from December 2009 to May 2012 and the same period in 56 healthy subjects(control group) Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and depression since Rating Scale(SDS) questionnaire,and chronic hepatitis B patients with early psychological nursing intervention.Results SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly higher(P 0.05),description of the prevalence of chronic hepatitis B patients with symptoms of anxiety and depression.Psychological care of patients before and after the intervention of the observation group compared with hepatitis B patients after the intervention of SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before the psychological intervention(P 0.05),and hepatitis B patients in anxiety and depression symptoms improved after the intervention of psychological care.Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B exists a certain degree of anxiety and depression,psychological nursing intervention can improve their psychological state,relieve anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and improve the patient's quality of life.
