Title: Residues Analysis of Thiophanate-methyl and Tebuconazole in Cucumber and Soil
Abstract: [Methods] An analytical method was developed to extract tebuconazole and thiophanate-methyl from cucumber and soil simultaneously. The residues were extracted from samples with acetone, after salting-out by lead acetate and sodium chloride, cleaned up with dichloromethane, finally detected by GC,HPLC.[Results] The minimum detectable concentration of tebuconazole and thiophanate-methyl were 0.005,0.01 mg/kg.the minimum detectable limit were 0.1×10-10,0.29×10-9 g.the recovery rate were 88.44-96.13%,85.33-93.86%.the variation coefficient were 1.93-4.18%,3.51-4.68% respectively.[Conclusions] The study results indicated this method was correct and precision to meet the requirements of the residual analysis.
