Title: Determination of Kresoxim-methyl Residues in Cucumber and Soil by Capillary Gas Chromatography
Abstract: [Objective]The aim was to develop a method to determine kresoxim-methyl residues in cucumber and soil. [Method]The cucumber and soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and then detected by capillarygas chromatography after florisil-phase extraction. [Result]Under the addition level of 0. 05,0. 20,0. 50 mg /kg,the recovery rates of kresoxim-methyl in cucumber and soil samples were 80. 2%- 114. 0%,95. 1%- 106. 5% with RSD of 2. 1%- 5. 8% and 3. 1%- 7. 3% respectively. The LOQ and LOD were 2. 5 × 10- 2ng and 2. 5 μg /kg. [Conclusion]This method was sensitive with low detectable limitation and good precision, which could be perfectly adopted in determining the kresoxim-methyl residues in cucumber and soil.
