Title: Determination of Dimetachlone Residues in Tomato and Soil by HPLC
Abstract: The HPLC method for determination the residue of dimetachlone in tomato and soil simultaneously was developed.[Methods] The residues were extracted from samples with acetone, extracted by dichloromethane, purified by florisil column, and finally detected by HPLC.[Results] Good linearity was obtained in range from 0.010?52 to 5.26 mg/L.The minimum detectable concentration of dimetachlone in tomato and soil sample were both 0.05 mg/kg.The recovery rate were 79.97-109.84%.The variation coefficient were 1.91-10.55% respectively.[Conclusions] The study results indicated that the sensitivity and precision of this method both meet the technical requirements of the residual analysis.
