Title: Exploration on Teaching Reform of Food Chemistry in the College
Abstract: Aimed at the talent training goal of food specialty and the characteristics of the food chemistry curriculum at colleges,the teaching reform of food chemistry has been studied based on the author's teaching practice and experience,including optimizing the content of course,reforming teaching methods, attaching great importance to the practice teaching and reforming the way of examination. The results show that this reform not only improves the effect of classroom teaching,and cultivates the students' ability in scientific research and innovation.
