Title: The analysis of ulinastatin and octreotide in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ulinastatin and octreotide in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis. Methods 86 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from our hospital, and they were divided into two groups-control group and experimental group(each group had 43 cases), the control group patients were treated with octreotide alone, the experimental group patients were treated with Ulinastatin and octreotide, we compared two groups' in clinical treatment effect and related indicators of the situation after treatment. Results After treatment, the experimental group's total treatment efficiency was 90.70 %, the control group's total treatment efficiency was 69.77%, and experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference were significantly(P 0.05); In pain relief time, the experimental group was(1.4±0.4)d, the control group was(4.1±1.1)d, and experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference were significantly(P 0.05); In length of stay, the experimental group was(15.0±4.8)d, the control group was(23.0±6.7)d, and experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference were significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with octreotide had a good effect in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis, it can shorter hospital stay, and also it's safe and reliable for patients, so it can be widely applied in clinical.
