Title: Curative Effects of Different Modes of Administration of Octreotide in Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis
Abstract: Objective To analyze and discuss the different of curative effect of octreotide in the treatnment of pancreatitis by different modes of administration so as to find out the best one. Methods 98 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital From January 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group:the control group was treated by ordinary infusion, while observation group were treated by micro pump. The effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Of the observation group and the control group, the total effective rates were 91.84%and 91.84%respectively,and the patients relieve symptoms(6.4±1.1)d vs(10.5±2.4)d,and amylase recovery time(18.5±6.5)d vs(27.8±9.4)d,and length of hospital stay(8.6±1.4)d vs(13.8±2.2)d.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of micro pump infusion of Octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is remarkable, and it can shorten the recovery time,so it is worthy of widespread clinical application.
