Title: To Compare the Efficacy of Two Different Digestive Tract Reconstruction after Gastric Cancer Full Resection
Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy of the jejunal interposition(JIP) and the traditional Roux,-en-Y anastomosis(RYP) after gastric cancer total resection.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer were chosen in our hospital from February 2008 to July 2011.They were randomly divided into two groups,JIP group of 30 cases of digestive tract reconstruction using jejunal interposition method,RYP group of 30 patients Roux-en-Y anastomosis of the digestive tract reconstruction.Analyzed and compared two groups of the nutritional status of patients after 6 months and bowel function.Results The nutritional situation of two groups of patients compared with preoperative improvement of JIP group is more significant,and the JIP group of reflux esophagitis is lower with no dumping syndrome,P0.05.Conclusion Jejunal interposition method can significantly improve the nutritional situation of the patients and better maintenance of intestinal function,it is a worthy widely used in clinical.
