Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical analysis of radical total gastrectomy and jejunal interposition on behalf of the stomach sugery in the treatment gastric cancer.METHODS 37 cases of gastric cancer patients for diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were chosen as the research objects. All of them were taken with radical total gastrectomy and jejunal interposition on behalf of the stomach treatment for digestive tract surgery and reconstruction. The continuing follow-up for postoperative complications, nutritional status and review the results was taken 1 year after surgery.RESULTS The survival all exceeded 1 year for the patients,3 patients were with mild pain in chest postoperative after eating, and the remaining patients had no difficulty in swallowing, retrosternal burning and regurgitation of food and other performance. All patients increased in body weight than before. The endoscopic examination showed there were no anastomotic inflammation or bile reflux symptoms, biochemical tests of blood hemoglobin, albumin and total protein volume returned to normal range.CONCLUSION The implementation of continuous jejunal interposition reconstruction surgery after total gastrectomy on the digestive tract can remove cancerous lesions at the maximum, and retain the physiological functions of the gastrointestinal tract, thus minimize postoperative complications such as esophageal reflux incidence and improve the nutritional status of patients after surgery. The surgical method is with less polluting and the intestinal healing ability is strong, the incidence of anastomotic leakage is low.In addition, the surgery is with less anastomotic operation, combined with the clinical application of stapling, make the procedure more simple and reliable, the operation time is reduced greatly,is very popular and suitable for a wide range of clinical applications.
