Title: A primary analysis on random amplified polymorphic DNA in five Rhinolophus species
Abstract: Phylogenetic relationship of five Rhinolophus species was analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)markers. The results showed that every species has its own characteristic RAPD pattern and 6 single primers amplified 2~10 stripes of RAPD respectively, whose molecular weights range from 700bp to 2 600bp. According to the RAPD pattern, genetic similarity was calculated and a tree diagram of phylogenetic relationship was constructed by means of using UPGMA methods.
