Amplifications with 20 primers under predetermined optimal reaction conditions gave 364 reproducible fragments ranging from 230 to 2 800bp. The amplified products were scored as present (1) or absent (0) for each DNA sample and an index of genetic similarity (F) was calculated. The value of (1 F) was used to evaluate genetic distances between species and a phylogenetic tree was constructed. From these results, we find that the species with similar morphological characters share a higher similarity on genomic DNA.Otherwise, the similarity is lower.Read More
