Title: The Optimization of Solid-state Fermentation Culture Medium for Combined Cellulose Degradation Bacteria
Abstract: To improve the enzymatic activity o f the combination of Phaerochaete chrysosporium, Aspergillus Niger,Trichoderma viride, penicillium, one-factor-at-a-time approach was used screen the composition of the medium and fermentation conditions; Using the response surface design of experiment to optimize the composition of the culture medium, it got the highest level of the cellulose enzyme activity at the time. Single factor test results showed that the carbon source and the nitrogen source was respectively bran and soybean meal; The response surface analysis determined the composition of the fermentation culture medium. The results showed that the cellulose enzyme activity of optimized fermentation reached 0. 291 U/mL.
