Title: Isolation and Fermentation Process Optimization of a Cold-adapted Cellulase-producing Bacteria
Abstract: A low temperature strain bacteria producing cellulose was isolated from variety of soil samples, and the liquid fermentation conditions were optimized. The results of experients showed that the primum culture medium were consisted with peptone 15.0g, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC-Na)10.0g, straw powder 10.0g; optimal culture conditions were fermentation medium pH of 6.0, fermentation time of 4d, fermentation temperature 20℃, 4% inoculated quantity, table speed of 180r/min. Under the optimum conditions, the cellulase activity(CMCA) of the fermented liquid was 38.96U/mL, and was 2.2 times as before.
