Abstract:In this paper,the prescription of sugar granules on the diabetic kidney serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and to explore the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in rats.Methods The high fat diet plus intraper...In this paper,the prescription of sugar granules on the diabetic kidney serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and to explore the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in rats.Methods The high fat diet plus intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) model for the establishment of diabetic nephropathy,and normal group,model group,renal sugar particle group,benazepril group,the new group of renal glucose Jialuo Ting,radioimmunoassay Detection of urinary albumin(Alb),α1-microglobulin(α1-MG) and serum IL-1β content of nitrophenol colorimetric assay using N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) content.The results showed that sugar particles can reduce the model of renal IL-1β levels in rats and to reduce rat urine ALB,α1-MG,NAG to improve renal function.Conclusion Renal sugar particles can reduce serum IL-1β levels,thus protecting the kidney,slow disease progression.Read More
