Title: Long-term outcome and prognostic factors of patients with colon cancer after radical resection
Abstract: 【Objective】To investigate the long-term effect of colon cancer after radical operation and its impact on prognosis.【Methods】The clinical data of 241 colon cancer patients with clinical features, pathological features were retrospectively analyzed and make a multivariate analysis of prognosis was made.【Results】The overall 1-,3and 5-year survival rate of patients with colon cancer was 82.9%,61.3% and 56.7% respectively.Univariate analysis showed that tumor type,Dukes' stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis are relevant to long-term effect of colon cancer.Cox multivariate analysis shows that histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis were two independent prognostic factors.【Conclusion】The long-term effects of colon cancer after radical operation are histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
