Title: Effect of ischemic preconditioning on liver cell ischemia reperfusion injury in rat
Abstract: Objective To explore the protecting effect of ischemic preconditioning(IPC) on liver tissue, and to explore the secure time limit of liver tissue tolerance for ischemia after IPC.Methods 42 SD rats were divided into experimental group, control group and sham operation group(SO),experimental group and control group were in accordance with the three different time limits(40,50,60min),the IR40,IR50,IR60 and IPC + IR40,IPC + IR50,IPC + IR60 subgroups. To detect each rat superoxide dismutase(SOD),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),malondialdehyde,alanine aminotransferase enzymes(ALT) levels parallel the light and electron microscopy of liver tissue. Results SOD level of control group was lower than that of SO group,TNF-α,ALT and MDA levels were higher than those of SO group, there were significant difference(P 0.05).ALT,MDA level of experimental group and TNF-α level of IPC + IR60 subgroup were higher than those of SO group(P 0.05) ;In addition to TNF-α,MDA levels of IPC + IR60 subgroup compared with IR60 sub-group(P 0.05) ;the levels of SOD,TNF-α,ALT and MD of IPC + IR group of the remaining subgroup, compared with IR group the corresponding subgroup(P 0.05).Conclusion IPC can obviously relieve liver injury induced by ischemia reperfusion injury in liver tissue. After IPC,50 min after porta hepatic been blocked may be the safe time limit for tolerating ischemia in liver tissue in SD rat.
