Title: Comparison of Two Surgical Techniques for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Combined with Bladder Stones
Abstract: Objective:To compare the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) combined with bladder stones.Methods:The clinic data of 47 BPH patients combined with bladder stones treated from January 2008 to march 2010 were reviewed.Results:25 BPH patients combined with bladder stones underwent transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate(PKPR) combined suprapubic lithotomy by Trocar,and 22 BPH patients combined with bladder stones received PKPR combined ballistic lithotripsy.Conclusion:PKPR combined suprapubic lithotomy by Trocar has been shown to be easy to perform,and a quick,lower injury procedure.
