Studies on pyridine derivatives (VIII):Synthesis and bioactivity of 2-alkylamino-5-(2-aryloylpyrid-3-yl)-1,3,4-thiodiazoles

Description: Fourteen novel title compounds were synthesized from 2-substituted phenoxy isonicotinyl hydrazide with isothiocyanate.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The preliminary fungicidal bioassay results showed that the inhibition rate of 4j against Cladosporium cucumerium was 70% at the concentration of 50 mg/L.
