Title: Observation of Central Negative Pressure Suction and Simple Negative Pressure Bags for Drainage after Breast Cancer Operation
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of two different drainage methods for preventing subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation. Method: 216 patients with radical operation on breast cancer were divided into two groups at random: experimental group (106 cases, negative pressure suction was used), control group (110 cases, one-off negative pressure bags was used). Result: There were no significant differences on subcutaneous hydrops, necrosis of skin flap, intubation time and average hospitalization time after breast cancer operation between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion: The two drainage methods both could be used to prevent the subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation and had the same efficacy.
