Title: Significance of combination detection of platelet parameters and coagulation indices in diagnosis and treatment of hepatic cirrhosis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the change of platelet parameters(PLT,PCT,MPV and PDW) and coagulation indices(PT,TT,APTT and FIB) in the patients with hepatic cirrhosis and to discuss their clinical value. Methods The platelet parameters and coagulation indices in 57 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and 120 cases as control were examined and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,PLT and PCT in hepatic cirrhosis group were decreased evidently, while MPV and PDW were increased significantly. As the pathogenesis condition was more serious,PLT and PCT were lower and MPV and PDW were higher on C stage patients with hepatic cirrhosis than A stage ones.PT,TT and APTT in the patients were longer than those in the control group and FIB were decreased evidently, showing significant difference between two groups. Conclusion There is abnormality of platelet parameters and disturbance of coagulation indices in the patients with hepatic cirrhosis.Platelet parameters and coagulation indices may reflect the pathogenesis condition and damage degree of liver disease.
