Title: Clinical Significance of Changes of Coagulation Index and Blood Platelet Parameters in Patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma
Abstract: Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of the coagulation indexes and platelet parameters in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods The coagulation index including prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB) were detected by STA-COMPACT.The platelet parameters including platelet(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),plateletcrit(PCT) and platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR) were detected by sysmex XE-2100.Results Compared with healthy controls,PT,APTT and TT were significantly longer,FIB was lower,PLT,MPV,PCT and P-LCR were higher in PHC patients(P0.05).There was no significant difference of PDW between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The coagulation indexes and platelet parameters of PHC patients were valuable for monitoring the severity of liver injury and preventing blood loss.
