Methods 152 cases with traumatic brain injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 76 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing. Results After rehabilitation treatment, the FAM score(68.4 ± 22.1) of the observation group was significantly higher than that(44.3 ± 20.4) of the control group with a statistically significant difference(tFAM=6.986, P=0.000).After rehabilitation treatment, the MBI score(77.4 ± 19.4) of the observation group was significantly higher than that(51.5 ± 21.2)of the control group with a statistically significant difference(tMBI =7.857,P =0.000).
