Title: Motor function effect in post-operative patients with cerebral hemorrhage by rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention
Abstract: Objective To study the effect on motor function recovery in post-operative patients with cerebral hemorrhage by rehabilitation training and nursing intervention. Methods A total of 78 cases were divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases) by randomly methods. The control group were intervened by routine treatment and nursing. The observation group were intervened by routine therapy and rehabilitation training nursing. The bodily movement and ADL were analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of anxiety were lower in the observation group than that in the control group, the scores of ADL(Barthel index)and limb movement ability(Fugl-Meyer)were higher in the observation group than that in the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of ADL and limb movement ability were still significantly higher(P 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety emotion, increase the limb movement ability, improve daily living ability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, is worthy be applied in the clinical work.
