Title: The Mechanism of the Prevention of Renal Damages with Henoeh-Sehonlein Purpura by Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium (LMWH)
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical prevention effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium(LMWH) on renal damages in children with Henoeh-Sehonlein purpura(HSP).Methods: 60 paitents with HSP were divided randomly into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was given low molecular heparin sodium on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical symptoms disappear time and abnormal conditions of routine urine were observed. The levels of micro albuminuria(Alb),β2-micro globulin(β2-mG) content changes in urine and serum interleukin(IL)-8 were detected in the two groups before treatment, after 1 month,3 months. Results: The clinical symptoms disappeared time, abnormal routine urine in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.in curative effect between the two groups(P0.05).The treatment group renal damage rate and the urine Alb,β2-mG levels and the serum level of IL-8 in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group after one month and 3 months(P0.05).Conclusions: Low molecular heparin sodium can prevent or reduce the oc-currence of HSPN,and it had the remarkable renal protection that would be related to its reducing of the serum level of IL-8.
